Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Brisbane, Australia.
** Note a Large range of our Products are made to order **

  • Standard In-Stock Gear: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1-4] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom & Made to Order Patches & Gear: Items requiring custom manufacturing will require a lead time of that will vary dependent on how busy we are typically between 4-10 business days before dispatch. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (Estimated 2-8 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated 1-4 business days)

  • Free Shipping: Free Shipping on orders $100 and over.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier network disruptions.)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada. If you have any troubles ordering to your country, send us an email or Direct Message Through our Instagram account and will attempt to resolve the problem. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Patch Out is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within [10] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at operations@patchout.com.au or through our Instagram with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and Australian Defence Force/military addresses.
